Electric Zoo Breaks Silence to Announce Refund Information

Just as the reality of NYC having no major Labor Day Weekend festival is really and truly setting in, Electric Zoo returns from the dead…sort of. In its first social media post since September 3, 2023, Electric Zoom took to socials to address ongoing frustration about the lack of refunds from 2023’s disastrous outing. See Tickets will begin issuing refunds to all remaining eligible ticketholders, with refunds to be processed by July 19, 2024. Day 1 ticketholders who did not file a dispute/chargeback and have not yet been refunded will be refunded. Day 3 ticketholders who did not enter the festival (by entry scan date) and have not filed a dispute/chargeback will receive a partial refund as well.

Ezoo closed the letter by saying they will “work every day to earn back your trust and forgiveness”. That sounds like we can expect to hear from Electric Zoo again in the future, perhaps a 2025 return. As you might expect, the Facebook post is riddled with negative comments already. Do you think Electric Zoo deserves another chance?
