Ja Rule Auctioned An NFT Painting For $122,000

Following the footsteps of many, Ja Rule has also joined the NFT craze by selling a painting from Fyre Festival. The 48″ x 60″ poster was created by Tripp Derick Barnes, who was discovered by the Ja Rule from Instagram. He was paid a sum of $2,000 for his work, while then the rapper was able to sell it for $122,000.
Ja Rule broke the golden rule of the NFT with the $122,000, the purchaser will also receive the physical copy of the work that has a note reading: “F*** this painting.”
The rapper revealed to Forbes that he wanted to get rid of the painting, adding: “I simply wished that vitality out.”
