Jeff Sorkowitz Releases Two-Tracker “DSL/Honey”
Sometimes dubby, sometimes clubby, Brooklyn’s own Jeff Sorkowitz understands how to move a crowd, whether that be in a dark warehouse or a pulsing mega club. Now Joshwa and No Bad Fridays are pleased to welcome tech house artist Jeff Sorkowitz to the family with his two-tracker “DSL/Honey.”
“I am thrilled to be releasing two of my most requested IDs, “DSL” and “Honey”, this summer and I couldn’t have asked for a better artist and label partner than Joshwa and No Bad Fridays. The buzz surrounding DSL has been crazy, it’s been amazing to see the reaction to this one – from massive DJ support, to all of the DMs and mentions I get every day asking about the track. The hype is most certainly real! The B side, Honey, is one of my favorite grooves and has also been in my rotation for some time. Summer’ 24 is a perfect time to get this one out into the world.” – Jeff Sorkowitz
“DSL” has been an undisputed secret weapon in Jeff’s sets recently – and the track has already received support from Mau P, Joshwa and Ky William. The tech house smash features a crude and comical vocal sample from none other than Khloe Kardashian – sure to both ruffle some feathers, and shake up the dance floor. Check out Jeff’s cheeky promo video for the track here. The release’s B side, “Honey” is a tribal-infused house heater with a hypnotic hook and melody. With his newest release, Jeff Sorkowitz once again proves why he is an unstoppable juggernaut and his music is here to stay. “DSL/Honey” is out now on all mayor streaming platforms.
Gaining momentum for his immaculate DJ sets, Jeff has played alongside titans like Jamie Jones, Sidney Charles, Yousef, and others on stages at Factory Town Miami, Elrow, Elsewhere, the Brooklyn Mirage and more. His releases on notable labels Knee Deep, Binary, & Take Notes [2024] have garnered support by SOSA UK, Michael Bibi, Loco Dice, Gorgon City, Gordo, Mau P, Danny Howard, BBC1, ANTSRadio, Tommorrowland, Ibiza Radio & more.
