Red Bull 3Style USA National Finals to unfold in San Francisco on December 8
Who will dominate the decks? That’s the question that Red Bull 3Style will animatedly answer at its 2019 USA National Finals at The Midway in San Francisco, California on December 8. Now in its tenth year of production as the largest global DJ competition in the world, Red Bull 3Style will host six finalists, DJ Lazyboy, Matsu, Dynamic, DJ Fingersmith Chris Villa, and Shane Canfield, all of whom will vie for the national championship title and the chance to advance to the world championship in Moscow, Russia.
The dynamic competition will foreground the genre-fluid turntable capabilities of its contestants, who will be required to play a minimum of three musical genres in their respective 15-minute sets. Judges will assess DJs on their originality, skills, and music selection, as well as the crowd’s response.
A celebrated crew of artists, Jazzy Jeff, Four Color Zack, DJ Puffy, and J. Espinosa, will judge the 2019 USA National Finals. Espinosa was notably crowned the Red Bull 3Style World Champion at the 2018 World Finals in Taipei.

Red Bull 3Style’s 2019 national finalists were selected based on a five-minute online video submission that was open to DJs across the world. The entering DJ’s biographical information, existing body of work, and quality of video performance guided contestant selection.
Red Bull 3Style is just one of Red Bull’s arts-centric competitions. In October 2019, Red Bull concluded its inaugural Red Bull Dance Your Style competition at the 2019 world finals in Paris. EDM All Day was live on location for the 2019 USA National Finals in Las Vegas.
