Helsinki-based RORO and snapir have released their latest single ‘Fractures’ through Booa Music / Sony. The track serves as the final preview of their collaborative album ‘Colors Left,’ set to launch on January 17th, 2025.
Following their debut single ‘Mass’, ‘Fractures’ interweaves ethereal textures with hypnotic rhythms, evolving from intimate spaces into expansive atmospheric landscapes.
Their upcoming album ‘Colors Left’ blends dark electronic, ambient, and glitch elements into an intensely personal journey. “Our goal was to create a soundscape that represents emotional rebirth,” they explain. “Each track is a deliberate exploration of bringing color back into a monochromatic experience.”
RORO (Kauri Ruohonen) and Jonatan Snapir stand as key figures in Helsinki’s electronic music scene. RORO, founder of Booa Music, has produced hits with Finnish artists joalin, Louie Blue, and jambo. snapir, joining in 2020, brings his experimental production style, previously showcased on his EP ‘LUNG.’
