Tiësto Announces “The Business” Remix Competition
One lucky person will have the opportunity to win an official release on Atlantic Records, and others will receive a plethora of prizes.
Tiësto’s “The Business” track, released in September 2020, was one of the most successful tracks of the year. The famous hit received even more recognition in 2021 when Ty Dolla $ign joined Tiësto for “The Business Part II.” Tiësto has now given an opportunity to his fans to compete in an exciting remix competition.
Tiësto’s “The Business Pt. I + II” Remix Challenge has been launched in partnership with Atlantic Records, Beatport, and Label Radar. One of the many competitors will win an official release on Atlantic Records, have the opportunity to be featured on Tiësto’s “Club Life” radio show, receive social support from the partners, and the artist himself will rack in more than $7,000 in prize money. Four runners will also receive prizes and track support from Spinnin Records, Beatport, Big Beat Records, and editorial support from Beatportal. The organizers are pretty encouraging and state that all should apply, regardless of their musical production level. To enter, all you need to do is download the stems from Loopcloud and submit your track via Label Radar.
The deadline is not that far away, with submissions accepted until Wednesday, April 7th at 11:59 PM PT (2:59 AM ET). Following this link, you can download the stems and learn more.
