Recently Ekali stopped by LA’s Shrine Expo Hall on Valentine’s Day while on his headlining A World Away tour. During his performance, Ekali thought to crowd test an unreleased Skrillex collaboration, much to fans’ excitement.
Premier LA party curators Brownies & Lemonade caught a clip of the collaboration being played out live and shared it on social media, and in a word, the yet-to-be-named track is nothing short of monstrous. Synthesized, animalistic sonics break up the pulsing crux of the track and transitions into delicate vocals that seemingly provide a calming juxtaposition to the cut’s heavy backdrop.
